Exhibit Spaces at The Moscone Center

LEED Certification

The three buildings making up The Moscone Center campus offer more than 790,000 square feet of flexible exhibit space to host your event.

When booked together, Moscone North and South have over 502,000 square feet of contiguous space using Halls A-F, which includes flexible meeting space in Halls D & E.

Moscone West offers over 290,000 in flexible exhibit space with on three levels, with 96,660 square feet of dedicated exhibit space on Level 1, and just 98,000 square feet of flexible space available for exhibits on Level 2 and on Level 3.

Exhibit Hall Cleaning

All exhibit halls at The Moscone Center are contracted on a “clean hall to clean hall” basis. Please contact your General Service Contractor or General Session producer to discuss booth cleaning services for exhibit hall use for either exhibits or general sessions. Please see the Cleaning section for additional information on cleaning in the facility.

 

Exhibit Hall General Information

Moscone Center North & South

All exhibit halls are located one level below the main lobby spaces.

Halls ABC
  • Concrete floor – load rating 125 PSF
  • Column free space.
  • Please see the floor plans on our website for detailed information on the support arch heights in all three halls, and ceiling heights in the low-ceiling areas in Hall C
  • Utility services (electrical, water, air) are available in each floor port, and installation is available through your General Service Contractor’s Electrical and/or Plumbing contractor.
  • Telecom and Internet connections are available in each floor port, and installation and service are available through Moscone Facility Services.
Halls D & E
  • Carpeted floor – load rating 125 PSF
  • Flexible space, available for either meetings, exhibits, or both.
  • Please see Facility Protection sections for required precautions to protect the carpet in these areas.
  • Columns vary in shape and are approximately 5’ in diameter.
  • Electrical service is available from centrally located floor ports, and delivered via your General Service Contractor’s Electrical Contractor.
  • Internet/telecom connections are available from centrally located floor ports, and installation and service are available through Moscone Facility Services
  • No air or water service in this hall.
  • Please refer to the Airwall Movement diagrams if planning mixed use for the space, or if plans include moving the airwalls during the event.To ensure the feasibility of any planned airwall configuration or movement, please review the details with your Event Manager in advance. 
Hall F
  • Concrete floor – load rating 125 PSF
  • Columns are 5’ in diameter.
  • Utility services (electrical, water, air) are available from floor ports, and installation is available through your General Service Contractor’s Electrical and/or Plumbing contractor.
  • Internet/telecom connections are available from floor ports, and installation and service are available through Moscone Facility Services.
Loading Docks
  • Hall A has 4 loading docks (Blue Dock)
  • Hall B does not have a designated loading dock
  • Hall C has 3 loading docks (Green Dock)
  • Halls D & E do not have a designated loading dock
  • Hall F has 9 loading docks (Red Dock)
  • All North & South loading docks – 250 PSF load rating
  • Trucks delivering freight to Moscone Center North & South cannot exceed 53’ in trailer length and 13’6” in height. Long distance trucks may require a day cab if the sleeper cab is too large.

Access to upper floors via two (2) freight elevators

The Moscone Center schedules complimentary elevator operators during normal business hours (7am-11pm) based on a schedule provided by the General Service Contractor.

Please let your Event Manager know if you are planning to have exhibits on any of the upper levels of Moscone South.

 

Moscone Center West

Exhibit hall
  • Located on Level 1 (street level)
  • Concrete floor – load rating 125 PSF
  • Columns are 6’ in diameter
  • Utility services (electrical, water, air) are available from floor ports, and installation is available through your General Service Contractor’s Electrical and/or Plumbing contractor.
  • Internet/telecom connections are available from floor ports, and installation and service are available through Moscone Facility Services.
Levels 2 & 3
  • Flexible carpeted space, available for either meetings, exhibits, or both.
  • Columns are 6’ in diameter
  • Please see Facility Protection sections for required precautions to protect the carpet in these areas.
  • Please refer to the Airwall Movement diagrams if planning mixed use for the space, or if plans include moving the airwalls during the event.To ensure the feasibility of any planned airwall configuration or movement, please review the details with your Event Manager in advance.
  • All power is accessed through floor boxes and delivered via your General Service Contractor’s Electrical Contractor.
  • Internet/telecom connections are available from floor ports, and installation and service are available through Moscone Facility Services.

 

Loading docks
  • Located on the basement level
  • 9 loading docks - unlimited load rating
  • Trucks delivering freight to Moscone West cannot exceed 53’ in trailer length and 14' in height. Long distance trucks may require a day cab if the sleeper cab is too large.

 

Access to all floors of Moscone West via four (4) freight elevators.
