Contractor FAQs

• What is required of Contractors for permission to work at Moscone Center?

  General Service Contractors and Electrical Contractors are required to submit current insurance and business license documentation immediately upon contracting to work on an event held at The Moscone Center. Please contact Suzanne Goodman, Associate GM, at sgoodman@moscone.com

• Is there a designated entrance/exit for contractor personnel?

• What are the requirements or rules governing the use of lifts?

• Is it possible to arrange for equipment carryovers between events?

  We try to accommodate requests whenever possible if the same General Contractor is handling consecutive events. Such requests must be received at least two weeks prior to the date requested. For additional information.
